F. Todd Schwendiman

Todd dedicated his career of financial service to his Utah home when he established Heritage Wealth Management in 2004. He and his team have been serving Utah families ever since. He welcomes people from all financial walks of life into his office and uses his experience, skills and education to help solve problems and address the concerns of his clients, while presenting strategies and options unique to every person that works with him.

Todd believes in the culture of family and works to serve the generational goals of his clients. He also knows that retirement can be different for each generation, and so he works to provide knowledge and strategies that are appropriate for each person’s situation.

“Watching my dad retire with income streams was an inspiration,” says Todd. Moving forward, his goal became one to help other Utah families retire in a situation similar to his parents by looking at ways to create income streams for retirement.

Todd studied finance at the University of Utah and graduated in 1989. He is a member of the National Ethics Association and is a recognized National Social Security Advisor. If you are new to Heritage, you can meet Todd in many ways: Call or stop by the office in Sandy or attend one of his live events coming up across the Wasatch Front!

Todd is a lifelong resident of Utah, born and raised in Salt Lake County, and now living in Draper. He and his wife, Laurel, are nearing 40 years of marriage this coming year, and together they’ve raised three children: Parker, Dallin and Hilary. Dallin continues the family tradition at Heritage by working here alongside his father as an advisor. Todd and Laurel are also grandparents to eight grandchildren who gobble up their attention and spare time. Todd enjoys traveling with his family and loves the Utah outdoors and all it has to offer every season. He enjoys golfing, skiing, hiking and bike riding in the open air. Also, Todd and his family have entered the world of pickleball, so challenge him to a game!

The National Ethics Association (NEA) is a paid membership organization. All NEA Background-Checked members have successfully passed the annual seven-year background checks for criminal, civil, and business violations in order to meet the membership standards. However, the association provides no guaranteed assurance or warranty of the character or competence of its members. Always make financial decisions on the basis of your own due diligence. National Social Security Advisor Certificate Program (NSSA) is a certification created by the National Social Security Association, a for-profit entity. The NSSA Certificate Program grants a Certificate to those who complete the one-day course and pass the proctored assessment. NSSA is independently accredited by The Institute in Credentialing Excellence (ICE). NSSA is not affiliated with, nor endorsed by, the Social Security Administration or any governmental agency.
